Governance
Up one levelInformation about the governance of Christ Church Grammar School and the members of Council.
Members of Council
Christ Church is governed by a Council of twelve of whom one is elected by the Archbishop, three by the Anglican Synod of Perth, two by the Diocesan Council, three by the Old Boys' Association, one by the Parents' Association and two by the Council itself. It meets monthly in full Council and focuses on policy making and review.
Selection of Members of Council
Members of Council are appointed for a term of up to three years. Each year the tenures of at least three members expire. Members are eligible for re-election.
Strategic Plan 2006 - 2010
Christ Church Grammar School’s strategic direction is highly important and will ensure that the School is well positioned to meet the educational, organisational and social challenges of the immediate and longer-term future. This task has been especially rewarding for the current Council because the Strategic Plan will guide the governance of the School and the priorities of Christ Church from 2006 until 2010, the year in which the School celebrates its centenary.
