The centre was host to David Knowles from Spineless Wonders, who brought along an amazing display of insects and spiders.  ELC Director Barbara Bosich said the boys were very brave as they each had a chance to touch the special creatures including Alistair Parkinson (PP), pictured with a goliath stick insect.

Posters of insects and spiders as well as the boys’ own creations now adorn the classroom walls. “They are able to tell you confidently of the difference between a moth and a butterfly, where the legs are on a spider’s body and which cockroaches are not so nice and those that are,” Ms Bosich said.
