Red and Blue for Homeless Youth
Christ Church boys dressed in red and blue free dress on Tuesday in recognition of National Homeless Persons’ Week and to raise money for Anglicare.
Through the WA Anglican School’s Association, 11 schools throughout the state took part in the free dress day to support homeless youth in our community. Students in free dress gave a gold coin donation and all funds raised will support homeless young people who receive assistance through Anglicare’s Youth Crisis Accommodation Services.
From the money raised on the day, Christ Church will be donating $3000 to Anglicare.
