School Prefects Take Pledge
Christ Church this week announced its additional School Prefects for 2009.
Adam Taylor from Jupp house, Gurpreet Singh from Queenslea, James Ly and Daniel Robinson from Romsey, Sam Kendall and Nick Rogers from Wolsey and Bo An Lu from Moyes made their prefect pledges in front of students, teachers and parents at the School Assembly on Thursday.
As School Prefects, the seven boys effectively become the custodians of the Christ Church student population. They have pledged to lead by initiative and example to support, maintain and promote the School’s values and reputation.
House Prefects were also announced: Jack Campion from Craigie, Will Caddy from Noake, Jonathon Parry and Ben Colquhoun from Queenslea, Tom Bajrovic from Romsey, Mindula Tennakoon from Wolsey and Michael Carey and Henry Topley from Moyes.
These students have been announced as Prefects, following the induction of other students into these positions at the end of last year.
