Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia.  With more than 1700 students, the School has a long and proud history of educational achievement and is one of the best performing, non-selective boys’ schools in Australia.

The Studies Office is a busy central hub of the School where all academic matters are managed and processed.  The Executive Assistant provides efficient and confidential administrative support to the Deputy Principal/Director of Studies and the Studies Office to deliver the best outcomes to all stakeholders.

Given the status and privilege of the position within the organisation, it is especially important that the highest degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tactfulness is always maintained.

It is anticipated the successful applicant will hold appropriate qualifications and relevant experience.  They will have excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently and as part of a team.  The role is suited to an individual who enjoys a challenge, is organised, and has ideally had a minimum of 5 years of experience.

All staff are expected to be enthusiastic professionals and to be in sympathy with the ethos of an Anglican boys’ school.
