I Am a Book Zachary Viiala, Year 6 I am a book. I give knowledge to many, Which gets passed on through generations. Humans are my companions, and they will be forever and ever. I know everything about the world; Why the oceans are blue; why the world is round; Why mountains are bigger than hills; why grass is green; Why some people are smart; why some are athletic; Why some are both: why stories were made; Why history has effected the planet; why it is good and bad. I know stories that nobody else knows. I know why music brings people together; How it creates harmony and love. Why a tsunami is so destructive; Why apes have a connection to humans. Why the turtle beat the hare… I have been everywhere, I have been in a shelf, a desk, a plane, in a fire, A field, a hand, in a bag, on a tree, on the Eiffel Tower. I was read then put in the bin; I crashed down into the plastic bin bag And taken away by a truck. For several days I was in a dark place, I have been lost, I have been found. I am a book. “I know everything about the world; Why the oceans are blue; why the world is round.” Zachary Viiala
