How to Apply
It is never too early to register your son at Christ Church. Positions on the waiting list are strongly dependent on the date of registration. We therefore advise and welcome your early application.
Application Process
In order to register your son at Christ Church you will need to complete an Application for Admission form, which can be downloaded here. If possible, type the application details directly onto the form and print out prior to signing. Both parents must sign and date the form before submitting it to the School. It is strongly advised you retain a copy of the completed form for your own records.
Applications should also include a copy of the applicant's birth certificate and the application fee, which may be paid electronically. Electronic payment details can be downloaded here. If a boy is already attending school, a copy of his last school report and any relevant specialist reports or assessments should be included.
You will also need to read the School's Privacy Policy prior to submitting the application. To access the policy, click here.
When completing an Application for Admission form, parents should also complete a PMC Application Form if there is any chance their child may require support in the PMC unit at some stage. Psychological, medical, therapy and educational reports from professionals who have assessed or supported the student should be attached with the application forms. PMC staff will contact parents to discuss their child’s strengths and future needs.

Waiting List
Once an application has been received the applicant’s name will be placed on a waiting list for the requested year of entry. This applies to all boys, including siblings and sons of former students. If the applicant has requested a position in a class that is already full, his name will be added to the waiting list for the next intake year. A note of the actual year of request on the application form will also be recorded.
Waiting List Organisation
Families with boys on the Pre-Primary waiting list will be contacted two and a half years prior to the requested enrolment year. While those with boys on the list for positions in Years 4, and 7 will be contacted three years prior to enrolment. Responses received from the families will determine the final length of the waiting list.
Offers
In general, the first round offers for Pre-Primary positions will be issued by the Headmaster two and a half years prior to enrolment while offers for Years 4 and 7 are issued by the Headmaster approximately three years prior to enrolment. Should the Headmaster be unable to offer a position, the boy will retain his place on the waiting list until a place becomes available. Positions in Year 10 are limited with placement depending on projected campus numbers for the year of entry.
Enrolment Fee
The Enrolment Fee is a non-refundable and non-tax-deductible fee, payment of which confirms a boy's place for the year of offer. The fee is equivalent to one term’s tuition fees in the Senior School and is discounted 10% for the sons of old boys who are Life Members of the Old Boys' Association. This significant contribution supports the work of the School Foundation with funds being directed to the School's ongoing capital development as well as to ensuring the financial security of Christ Church.
