From our Teaching Staff, who give students the confidence to achieve their goals, to our Support Staff, who promote the School mission in all that they do. Each person is valued for the important role they play in creating an environment of excellence.
Christ Church Grammar School employs approximately 390 full-time, part-time and casual staff, comprising teachers and support staff, teaching aides, nurses, boarding house staff, administrative staff and grounds/maintenance staff.

The culture of the School, its vocabulary, symbols, customs and honourable traditions define accepted practices for social interaction, behaviour and personal aspiration, and help connect boys to their peers and School so that they develop a deep sense of belonging.
‘Boys educated to know, to do, to live with others and to be.’*
Adopted in 2001, this underpins all that we do at Christ Church. It encapsulates the energy, diversity and rigour of the School’s programs whilst highlighting the importance of community and the spiritual side of humanity.
