Health Centre

The Health Centre caters for the primary health care needs of students throughout their time at Christ Church. The staff aim to help make each boy’s time at the School a happy and healthy experience.

The centre is staffed during term time by registered nurses, who perform a variety of roles such as accident and emergency management, primary health assessment and referral to other health professionals (including assistance to the Western Australia Department of Health with their school immunisation program) and the determination of health protocols for the School.

Health Centre staff provide boarders with 24-hour cover and day boys with nursing care during school hours. In collaboration with the student and their parents, a plan will be implemented for the dispensing of regular medications. If you would like to contact the Health Centre directly, please call 9442 1700 or email health@ccgs.wa.edu.au.

It is a requirement of enrolling your son at Christ Church that you complete a comprehensive health record and provide current immunisation records. It is also vital to keep the Health Centre informed of any change in your son’s health status or of a change in your address or emergency contact telephone numbers.
