Christ Church Grammar School is a non-selective school for boys (PK-12) in Claremont, Perth, Australia. The academic performance of Christ Church boys’ consistently places graduates amongst the top schools in Australia.
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Alumni team. This part-time, fixed-term position is responsible for assisting the Alumni Co-ordinator to plan and deliver a full calendar of events for the School’s Old Boys’ Association and ensure accuracy of our membership data.
It is anticipated that the successful applicant will have experience in working with membership organisations. Critical to the role is excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and create website content
- Plan and deliver events, including online booking procedures
- Day-to-day administrative duties
It is anticipated the successful applicant will hold appropriate qualifications and relevant experience. They will have excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
