Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily and long-term staff relief
- Maintaining and updating timetables, student records, and assessment schedules
- Managing data uploads to SIRS/SRMS and supporting academic events

The Role
As an Outdoor Education Trainee, you will:
- Assist in delivering outdoor education and recreation activities including canoeing, kayaking, bushwalking, abseiling, high ropes, and environmental education
- Support centre operations including catering, equipment and grounds maintenance, and vehicle driving
- Work closely with students in a residential setting, acting as a positive role model and ensuring their safety and wellbeing
What You’ll Need
- A genuine interest in working with young people in outdoor environments
- Completion of Year 12
- A current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- A valid Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate (issued within the last 6 months) and eligibility to work in Australia
- Willingness to live on-site at Kooringal and work flexible hours

Christ Church Grammar School is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Community Events and Philanthropy Manager to support the School’s Advancement Strategy, including Annual Giving and Capital Campaigns. This role plays a key part in fostering a philanthropic culture across the Christ Church community—students, families, Old Boys, and staff—while delivering engaging events and communications that reflect the School’s mission and values.
Working within the Communication, Engagement and Advancement team, you’ll also contribute to broader initiatives including marketing, alumni relations, and publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns, including Annual Giving and Capital Campaigns.
- Manage donor stewardship, including acknowledgements and ongoing engagement.
- Maintain and develop the School’s Synergetic database to support donor relations.
- Collaborate on the design and distribution of marketing materials and manage the philanthropy landing page.
- Support the OBAST committee and contribute to the School’s broader engagement strategy.

Christ Church Grammar School is seeking two (2) dedicated and passionate Health and Physical Education Teachers to join our vibrant teaching team commencing Term 1, 2026. Both roles involve teaching Health and Physical Education from Year 7 to Year 12, with previous experience teaching ATAR Physical Education Studies considered advantageous.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate inclusive teaching methodologies suited to mixed-ability and multicultural classrooms, contribute positively and collaboratively to the ongoing development of the Health and Physical Education curriculum, and show a passion for physical education, contemporary pedagogy and a strong commitment to our extensive co-curricular, compulsory sports program.
As a Health and Physical Education teacher, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and parents from diverse backgrounds. A current Bronze Medallion or equivalent water safety qualification is required, along with a Medium Rigid (MR class) vehicle licence. The role demands a proactive approach to professional development, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. A collaborative mindset and the capacity to contribute positively to team environments are essential.
An important aspect of this role is contributing to the pastoral care of students, and you will be expected to contribute to the School’s co-curricular program, where you can bring your own skills and interests to enhance the wider school community. As part of our School’s vertical house group model, you may, in the future, be required take responsibility for a tutorial group, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster students’ personal growth and wellbeing.
