Part-time (0.65 FTE), fixed-term for Term 1, 2020

Christ Church Grammar School is seeking applications from dynamic, passionate and committed educators for this part-time, fixed term position for Term 1, 2020.

This position requires an educator with experience teaching Health and Physical Education across Years 7 to 12. The Health and Physical Education department engages with boys’ individually to enable them to regard sporting activities positively and to participate in valuable learning opportunities.

The successful applicant will support the ethos of the School, possess excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, will have an exceptional understanding of innovative educational pedagogy and show an understanding of boys’ educational teaching and learning practices.

It is an expectation of the School that all members of staff contribute to the co-curricular program in a way that balances the needs of the School and the successful applicant’s talents and interests.

Christ Church Grammar School is seeking to appoint an energetic and innovative drama teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to delivering excellence in our Drama Department and by association to The Midnite Youth Theatre Company.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate creativity in their teaching while differentiating appropriately to engage students of all abilities.

The successful applicant will support the ethos of the School, possess excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, will have an exceptional understanding of innovative educational pedagogy and show an understanding of boys’ educational teaching and learning practices.
