Full-time, 5- year appointment

Christ Church Grammar School is looking for a dynamic leader, excellent administrator and exemplary teacher who will lead and promote sport within the co-curricular program and build on the outstanding reputation that the School already has for excellence in all areas.  This position will commence Term 4, 2024 or by negotiation.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be an astute manager of people who is able to draw the best out of a motivated and highly professional group of teaching and external coaching staff.  This role will attract a time allowance of 0.4 FTE with the remainder 0.6 FTE dedicated to a teaching load.

The successful applicant will support the ethos of the School, possess excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, will have an exceptional understanding of innovative educational pedagogy and show an understanding of boys’ educational teaching and learning practices.

It is an expectation of the School that all members of staff contribute to the co-curricular program in a way that balances the needs of the School and the successful applicant’s talents and interests.
