Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia.  With more than 1700 students, the School has a long and proud history of educational achievement and is one of the best performing, non-selective boys’ schools in Australia.

Following thirty-one years of dedicated service to the School including sixteen years in the role of Director of Staffing and Strategic Projects, Mr Murray Robertson will be retiring at the end of Term 2, 2024. As a result, an exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources professional to join the School Executive commencing Monday 10 June, 2024 or by negotiation.

The Director of Human Resources and Strategic Projects serves to support the Principal by bringing together the most fundamentally important asset of the School, its staff, and their development toward the fulfilment of the School’s Mission through various and different strategies that are the components of the strategic intent of the School. This role also supports the Executive team by providing strategic and operational HR advice including employee relations, industrial relations and organisational change.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will be an astute manager of people, able to draw the best out of colleagues through open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.  This position offers an attractive remuneration package, and the School provides exceptional professional development opportunities.

The successful applicant will hold the appropriate qualifications and demonstrate relevant experience.  They will have excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and someone who can work independently and as part of a team.

Christ Church Grammar School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican day and boarding school for boys in Perth, Western Australia. We are seeking two suitably qualified Education Assistants to join the Learning Development Centre in both the Senior School and the Preparatory School commencing Term 2 (15 April, 2024).  The basis of these programs is to offer support to staff and assist students with their learning.

Position 1:  Part-time (4.5 day per week – 0.94 FTE) – Senior School
