Christ Church Grammar School is seeking applications from dynamic, passionate and committed educators for this full-time, fixed-term position for Semester 1 2026.
The Peter Moyes Centre is dedicated to supporting the learning and developmental needs of boys with a wide range of special and complex educational needs, including severe language impairment, Autism, Downs Syndrome, and intellectual and multiple disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher – Special Needs to join our vibrant and supportive Preparatory School team.
As a Teacher in the Peter Moyes Centre, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualised education plans and fostering a learning environment that encourages growth, inclusion, and achievement for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
The successful applicant will support the ethos of the School, possess excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, will have an exceptional understanding of innovative educational pedagogy and show an understanding of boys’ educational teaching and learning practices, particular in Special Needs education.
It is an expectation of the School that all members of staff contribute to the co-curricular program in a way that balances the needs of the School and the successful applicant’s talents and interests.
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to students and parents from diverse backgrounds. They will be an independent worker with excellent organisational skills, capable of setting goals, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

The Preparatory School is seeking a suitably qualified Education Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Peter Moyes Centre for the 2026 school year.
The Peter Moyes Centre has a proud history of delivering outstanding educational opportunities to boys with significant special needs. The successful applicant will work across both the Centre and mainstream classrooms within the Preparatory School.
All staff are expected to be enthusiastic professionals who support the values and ethos of an Anglican boys’ school.

We are now seeking an outstanding educator and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Experiential Learning.
