Offer timeline

Submit an application as soon as possible for your son to be included on the waiting list. The younger the better! A boy’s position on the waiting list is dependent on his age at the time of application.

The main intake years are Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 7. Boarders are accepted from Year 7 onwards.

For entry into Pre-Kindergarten, boys born on or before June 30 in a given year are able to start on or after their third birthday. Boys born on or after 1 July in a given year will commence in Term 1 of the subsequent year after he has turned 3 years old.

Western Australia has immunisation laws and your adherence to them is a condition of enrolment. Please refer to the Government information flyer here.

While every effort is made to assist, an offer of a place cannot always be guaranteed. Your son could be on our waiting list for some years, and we will be in touch regularly via email, therefore, please alert the School immediately should any of your details change.

Expressions of Interest

If you have applied for one of our intake years, we will contact you via email prior to the start of the offer process to confirm you are still interested in a place and invite you to attend a Principal’s tour.

The main priority for receipt of an offer is based on the age at which a boy’s application is received by the School. Priority is also given to boys with immediate family links to Christ Church.

Confirmation of a place

A non-refundable, non-transferrable enrolment fee is payable on acceptance of an offer and confirms a boy’s place at the School for the year offered.

Transition year

From activity days to orientation programs and events, the year prior to enrolment provides many opportunities for boys to engage in the life of the School before becoming a Christ Church boy. Similarly, parents are invited to events and functions to build on their connection to the Christ Church community.
