Why use the CCGS App?

The CCGS App has been designed to assist parents.

The CCGS World and year group notices features will make it easier for parents to access important information on their phone.

The eight features of the App provide direct access to useful information and resources, including the weekly newsletter, year group notices, school calendar, absentees and sporting fixtures.

What is Nexus?

Nexus is the School’s refreshed online portal providing access to:

1. your son’s information – timetable, marks and reports
2. useful resources such as term dates, finance (to pay fees), functionality to book interviews with teachers and personal details. See here for all features available within Nexus.

Who can access the CCGS App?

The CCGS App can only be used by Christ Church parents and staff as they have a school issued username and password.

Can’t remember your login details or having trouble logging in?

Parent login details for the School’s online platforms are issued by email at the start of each year. The username is in the form #######@parent.ccgs.wa.edu.au where ####### is your seven-digit Parent ID.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ with your #######@parent.ccgs.wa.edu.au ID. A challenge will be sent to your registered email or mobile number and then you will be able to set a new password.

If you are unable to locate the email, your login details, or you are having trouble accessing the App, please contact the School’s ICT Helpdesk on 9442 1787 or email helpdesk@ccgs.wa.edu.au.

How do I customise my calendar?

1. From your Nexus homepage, open the Calendar page which is located in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select ‘Filters’ at the top right of your calendar.
3. From here select the specific events and groups you would like to see on your calendar.

How do I customise which Year Group Notices I see?

1. From the CCGS App Homepage, select the ‘Settings’ icon (see here) from the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
2. Then select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu.
3. Under the ‘General’ tab select the Year Groups you wish to receive information about.
