Launch for the Anglicare Ambassadors
Published on: 26 February 2026
Twenty-four Year 10 students have officially taken on the role of 2026 Ambassadors for Anglicare WA. They represented Christ Church at the recent Ambassador Launch alongside students from other Anglican schools from across Western Australia.
The students will spend the year exploring critical social issues, such as youth homelessness, and learning how to take meaningful action in their community. Highlights of the program include the Advocacy Masterclass and the School Sleep Out at Optus Stadium, where students gain first-hand insight into the challenges faced by vulnerable people.
Throughout the year, the Ambassadors will lead initiatives within the School, encouraging their peers to stand in solidarity with those in need. At Christ Church, participation in this program reflects our commitment to developing young men of character, students who understand that service is about more than fundraising: it’s about compassion, awareness, and taking responsibility to make a difference.
We congratulate these students on stepping up as leaders and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in 2026.
