Our Preparatory School students have rolled into Ride to School Week in an effort to look after the environment, get some exercise, and experience other modes of transport to get to and from school. As an extra incentive, riders received a raffle ticket when arriving at the bike racks to go in the draw for a daily prize.

Despite the warm temperatures, students have embraced the opportunity to socialise with friends, gain independence, and, for some, trial a new morning and afternoon routine. The ideal outcome of Ride to School Week is that families will consider adapting modes of transport other than driving into their regular drop off/pick up routine in an effort to reduce traffic congestion and enjoy physical exercise.

The School would like to thank Preparatory parents and staff for supporting this initiative and joining us in driving positive change within our community.
