The Christ Church community is now well over halfway through The Push-Up Challenge and continues to lead from the front, proudly holding its position as the top educational community in Western Australia.

The Push-Up Challenge is a national initiative that uses daily push-ups as a way to engage participants in learning about mental health, start conversations around wellbeing, and raise funds for organisations supporting mental health services.

Together, Senior students and staff have completed an outstanding 302,425 push-ups and raised $11,322 in support of mental health awareness, surpassing the original fundraising goal of $10,000. This reflects the strong commitment, consistency and teamwork demonstrated across the School.

House participation remains strong, with students continuing to contribute daily to their House totals. Current standings are:

  • Jupp House – 57,215 push-ups (80 participants)
  • Craigie House – 49,397 push-ups (62 participants)
  • Romsey House – 39,742 push-ups (54 participants)
  • Queenslea House – 37,193 push-ups (71 participants)
  • Moyes House – 31,775 push-ups (32 participants)
  • Wolsey House – 28,739 push-ups (38 participants)
  • Noake House – 25,130 push-ups (41 participants)
  • Hill House – 12,750 push-ups (23 participants)
