Applications for the 2017 Fishing Tour are now open. The School has managed to secure a discounted fee from Reel Teaser Fishing Adventures, a highly respected live-aboard charter provider, and preparations are underway for a fishing trip to remember.

The tour will depart from Broome on a 65ft Westcoaster fibreglass fly bridge cruiser and travel north of the Lacepede Islands along the Broome Peninsula. The fishing, which coincides with the annual Broome Billfish Classic tournament, will involve switch baiting for sailfish and small black marlin, trolling for Spanish mackerel and tuna, popper casting and jigging for giant trevallies and queenfish, and of course bottom fishing for reef species.

“This tour provides an outstanding opportunity for your son to experience world class fishing in a pristine environment with his peers,” said Dominic Hodnett, Head of Philosophy and fishing tour organiser.

“I strongly recommend the fishing tour to any boy who loves fishing and wants an unforgettable outdoor experience.” Jonah Allen, 2015 tour member.
