Ticket price – $130 (Life members), $150 (Non Members)
Paul, the world’s next budding celebrity chef, is being flown in from London and will be cooking an extensive four-course meal showcasing Italian, family-style service. He will then talk to the gathering about his life and passion for food which has taken him from Christ Church to Italy and around the world. Antipasti, primi and dolce courses will be served family-style on tables. Secondo is a choice of pork braised in milk with greens and borlotti beans or barramundi cooked in salt with spinach and cannellini beans. Wines from Aravina Estate and Flametree Wines in Margaret River will be matched to the menu.
Lunch capacity is 150 people in tables of 10. Bookings can be made individually or in tables of 10. Seating will be by year group unless otherwise requested. Tickets are restricted to old boys with a discount price for life members of the Association.
