Peter Driscoll (1962) was recently chatting with his son Andy Driscoll (1993), when it occurred to him that he may have won the first ever PSA swimming title at Christ Church. Peter found a copy of the program and commentary in the 1957 Mitre (attached), which states, “We had our first win in the first division of the Under 13 Freestyle, when P. Driscoll came in first”; and “In our PSA debut we came in fifth; however, we don’t feel disgraced as the opposition was of particularly high standard.”
