In the final week of Term 3, the Preparatory School celebrated the Week of the Arts with a fabulous week of music, drama and visual art.

The Art Exhibition showcased a magnificent display of paintings, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and photography representing the boys’ creativity and self-expression.

Across three nights, our Year 6 students entertained sell-out audiences with the fun-filled production of What a Knight! in the School’s Drama Centre.

The Preparatory School House Shout, an annual favourite, saw each of the Preparatory Houses go head to head by performing song selections based on this year’s theme, Dare to Dream. The Chapel filled with fantastic vocals as each House performed songs with an uplifting and inspirational message, resulting in Karda House impressing judges and winning this year’s event.

Culminating the Week of the Arts, all Preparatory School grandparents and grandfriends were invited to join the boys for a special assembly. This included a walk through their classrooms, a viewing of the art exhibition and a pleasant morning tea.

Grandparents’ and Grandfriends’ Day is one of the annual calendar favourites, offering grandparents and grandfriends a special opportunity to witness the progress of their grandson’s Preparatory School journey.
