Boys from the Preparatory School raised a staggering $14 000 for the Leukaemia Foundation as part of the World’s Greatest Shave on Friday. Twenty-seven boys and three staff members lost their locks, while more than 250 boys coloured their hair.

Mr Heath Pozzi, Mr Nicholas Hogan and Miss Hailey Cox were among the group of 30 to have their hair shaved.

“It was fantastic to see the student cohort get behind the Leukaemia Foundation,” said Mr Hogan.

“It is important, as a teacher, to lead by example and encourage students to take part in challenges like these.”
