We are thrilled to announce that our school’s winning streak in the RSL Cadet of the Year competition continues, with Hudson Whiting (Year 11), awarded the top prize.

Along with Hudson, Jeremiah Wang, Rory Hart, Owen Jeffcote, and Matthew Wong, (all Year 11 students) were recognized for their efforts in the competition. The competition was fierce, but our cadets rose to the occasion, showcasing their sophistication and representing the School with pride. Their efforts were highly commended by the judges and RSL board members.

As a reward for their achievements, Hudson and the other three competition winners will be heading to Canberra for a tour of significant military sites and will conclude the trip by marching in the dawn service.

Teacher in Charge Surf Life Saving Cadets Alli Gould said she was incredibly proud of the cadets.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the RSL board and the judges for their time and efforts in making this competition a success,” she said.

“We are already looking forward to next year’s competition and we know that our cadets will continue to shine.”

“Congratulations to all the winners, and best of luck on your trip to Canberra, Hudson.”
