Christ Church’s annual Principal’s Cadet Parade was held last Friday, recognising Cadets who have demonstrated outstanding performance and commitment throughout the year.

Families, friends, staff and Old Boys gathered for the Parade, where Principal Alan Jones presented awards to students in recognition of their achievements.

The Cadet program challenges students to develop leadership, discipline and responsibility, putting these skills into practice through training, field exercises and service. It also encourages Cadets to work as a team, take on challenges and contribute to the wider community.

Following the Parade, Year 12 Cadets were recognised at the Principal’s Dinner. Families, School leadership and representatives from the Australian Defence Force and Cadets came together to acknowledge the graduating students and their contribution to the Unit.

Congratulations to all award winners and the Cadet Unit on their achievements throughout the year.
