The 2026 school year began on a high note on Tuesday with the annual Scholars’ Assembly, where the Christ Church community gathered to recognise academic excellence and achievement.

The assembly acknowledged 45 new Christ Church Scholars – Year 10 and 11 students who achieved five or more A grades across both semesters in 2025, reflecting consistent effort and strong academic performance.

A key moment was the induction of the 99 Club, celebrating members of the Class of 2025 who achieved an ATAR of 99 or above, placing them in the top 1% of students statewide. This record-breaking group of 24 students, the largest in School history, was warmly welcomed back to campus to mark their achievement.

The Class of 2025 achieved excellent results across the board:

  • 100% WACE attainment
  • 115 SCSA Awards
  • 25 Subject Certificates of Excellence
  • Ranked third in Western Australia for the number of Highest Performing Subjects, with 17 subjects earning this distinction.

These outcomes reflect the breadth of the curriculum and the strength of teaching and learning at Christ Church.

Some students’ individual ATAR examination results were similarly impressive, including:

  • One student receiving 100% in Mathematics Methods
  • One student receiving 100% in Japanese Second Language (Practical)
  • One student receiving 99% in Physics
  • One student receiving 99% in Economics
