On Monday afternoon, students from Christ Church and Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) came together for the annual combined Languages Quiz, a fun and engaging celebration of language learning. This year’s event, hosted by MLC, welcomed Year 9 and 10 students studying French, Japanese, or Chinese.

The quiz featured three exciting rounds of ten questions, delving into the richness of global languages and cultures. Mixed-school teams encouraged collaboration, sparked new friendships, and fostered connections across year levels and campuses. Prizes were awarded to the top three teams, adding a fun, competitive edge to the event.

With the Year 9 Social coming up this Friday, the event added an extra buzz to an already exciting week.

A special thank you to Ms Massey and the MLC Languages Team for hosting the event. We look forward to welcoming the girls to Christ Church next year as we continue to build on this wonderful cross-school cultural exchange.
