We are delighted to share that Year 11 student Justin Goh has been selected as one of just 27 Senior School students nationwide to represent Australia in the prestigious International Science, Mathematics and Informatics Olympiads – among the most demanding academic competitions in the world.

The Australian Olympiad Teams were officially announced during a special ceremony at Parliament House in Canberra on Monday.

Justin will represent Australia at the International Olympiad in Informatics, taking place this August in Sucre, Bolivia. His selection follows an intense and highly competitive national qualification process, showcasing his exceptional skill, perseverance, and passion for computer science.

Justin’s journey began through Christ Church’s Informatics Club, where he discovered his enthusiasm for problem-solving and computational thinking, particularly in the area of computational geometry. His deep interest in informatics continues to drive his pursuit of academic excellence.

We extend our congratulations to Justin on this outstanding achievement and wish him every success as he heads to Bolivia.
