While boys dressed to impress at Saturday night’s Year 12 Ball at the Hyatt Regency Perth, it was their exemplary behaviour that made a lasting impression on Christ Church and Hyatt staff.

More than 180 couples attended the formal affair, which was co-ordinated by Director of Planning and Co-Curricular Mark Morrissy. Boys and their partners enjoyed a three-course meal and plenty of dancing into the night.

Resident Christ Church DJ, old boy Novak Jol (Class of 1982) of Jol DJ, was again the DJ at the event.

The fun addition of a photo booth, courtesy of Kiss Photobooths, also proved popular with the boys and their partners.

Mr Morrissy said parental support, combined with the boys’ respect of guidelines and an appreciation of what the School was doing, resulted in an exceptional night for all. “The Year 12 boys behaviour was exemplary. They were excellent ambassadors for the School,” he said.

Mr Morrissy said Hyatt staff were also very impressed with the guests’ good manners and were full of praise for the boys and School.
