The first of our virtual assemblies kicked off last week with boys in the Senior School enjoying them in their tutorial rooms.

Boys in the Senior School viewed a streamed broadcast Thursday morning, which included messages from the Principal, Head of Senior School, Reverend Nicholas Russell, and a piano performance by William Ji (Year 10).

Head of Senior School, Mr Simon Angus said, “The format was well received by the boys, particularly in light of current disruptions to our weekly chapel gatherings.”

“Through Microsoft Stream, we were able to run an assembly, matching the format of our regular Thursday morning chapel service.”

Similarly, Preparatory School boys welcomed a virtual chapel experience on Friday morning presented by the Reverend, Nicholas Russell.

Deputy Head (Pastoral) of Preparatory School, Ms Kim Morcom commented on how the boys were engaged, and participated in singing and mindfulness exercises.

The Preparatory School looks forward to launching its first virtual assembly tomorrow morning which will include the presentation of Building Good Men Awards and the announcement of this term’s Class Captains and School Leaders.
