Christ Church teams prepare for PSA Surfing competition

This Friday surfing and body boarding teams from Christ Church will compete in the annual PSA Surfing Competition at North Scarborough Beach.

There are four separate events, Junior and Senior body board competition and Junior and Senior Surfing Competition, which run from 6.30am to 1.00pm.

During the competition, the students not only gain experience in competing, but also in how to judge a surfing competition. They also gain waterman skills, sportsmanship and teamwork.
