On Tuesday night the PSA Swimming Carnival was held at HBF Stadium and Christ Church Grammar School won its 6th consecutive PSA Swimming title.

The competition was tightly contested with only one point separating the top two schools heading into the last six relays. After Hale School won the final Open 200m (4 x 50m) Freestyle Relay, the Christ Church swimmers waited with bated breath for the final announcement of the winner of the competition. In the end Christ Church had done enough to beat 2nd place Hale School by 43 points, achieving their 6th consecutive PSA Swimming title.

The School’s 2021/22 Summer season has been enormously successful so far with the Christ Church First VIII winning the Head of the River, the Rowing crew achieving 2nd place in the Hamer Cup and the First VII Water Polo team securing the Dickinson Shield with four games left in the season.

The final scores were:
Christ Church – 1041
Hale – 998
Scotch College – 828
Trinity – 814
Wesley – 660
Aquinas – 627
Guildford Grammar – 307
