The 2016 Senior School Art Exhibition, manmade, opened last week showcasing the exceptional work of our Visual Arts, Design and Media students.

Head of Art, Pam Yordanoff said the exhibition includes interactive elements via projections, movie screenings, soundscapes and levitation sculptures. These along with refined fine art works in the form of photography, painting, prints and ceramics make for intriguing viewing and provide an insight into the creatives here at Christ Church Grammar School.

“It is a fabulous display of diverse talent in a plethora of art forms, all designed to communicate with clarity and control,” said Pam Yordanoff.

“The Year 12 cohort provided strong and challenging resolved works that will inspire our future creatives in the School.”

The 2016 Peoples’ Choice Prize was awarded to Art Captain and School Prefect Tom Pennell. You can see the full list of the prize winners here.

You can visit the exhibition from 8.30am to 4.00pm on the first floor of the DTVA building until Friday 11 November.
