The Year 10 Drama class spent the week working with guest artist Mark Storen to create a new production.

The production is set in a cafe and focuses on the theme of immigration. The boys are challenged to employ their non-verbal acting skills and use of objects and space to tell stories.

Mark is a Perth-based performer, writer, director, and educator. He has toured his work internationally and nationally: his most popular works include The Polite Gentleman, (nominated for five Blue Room Awards, winner best production team) A Drunken Cabaret, Cut to The Quick, and Benjamin & Me (nominated best performance Blue Room Awards). Mark is currently the creative director of Propel Youth Arts WA, and has worked with Barking Gecko Theatre Company, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, Perth Theatre Company and Black Swan State Theatre Company.
