If your son is interested in participating in a Service in Action trip in 2023, he must complete and return this form for the Indigenous Immersion Experiences and this form for the SIA Cambodia 2023 trip to Ms Hudson in Student Services. She will collect the forms in the order she receives them, as places are allocated on a first-in basis. Forms that are emailed will not be accepted, they must be handed to Ms Hudson.

When filling out the form your son must think carefully about his school and family commitments in 2023 and put a X next to the trips he can’t go on.

  • It may take until the end of Term 4 for your son to be notified of whether he has been successful
  • Your son may apply for both the Indigenous trips and the Cambodia trip, they are treated as separate
  • Academic performance and attitude during Venture will also be taken into account
