Over the holiday break, Principal Alan Jones and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Program Co-ordinator Sam Wallace competed in the London Marathon and Boston Marathon respectively.

The London Marathon is the biggest fundraising event on earth, raising in excess of 58.3 million pounds each year, while the Boston Marathon features nearly 30,000 athletes from more than 100 countries.

Acting Principal Mark Morrissy said “completing a 42 kilometre run is an inspiring accomplishment that requires commitment and dedication.”
